How to Remove Carrot Stains?

June 24, 2020 By Miranda Jackson Leave a Comment

Be careful. Carrots can stain your clothes!

Carrots are good or even excellent for health, but they can nevertheless easily stain clothing or the skin. Mostly cooked, they are easier to stain. To avoid this, here are some tips for removing a carrot stain.

1. Remove a carrot stain with 70-degree alcohol

Mix 70-degree alcohol with water, soak a cloth in the mixture and clean your carrot spots. Carrot spots should quickly disappear!

2. A little white vinegar

On a cloth, pour a little white vinegar and clean the carrot stain. It is a good natural tip against carrot stains, but also for almost all types of stains!

3. Bleach

Wash the carrot stain with a cloth dampened in bleach and rinse quickly.

4. Soda crystals

Wash the carrot stain with a little soda and water and rinse thoroughly.

5. Lemon juice

Lemon juice will be a good ally against carrot stains and other food stains on clothes and fabrics!

6. Ammonia on a carrot stain

Dilute a little ammonia with water and pour the mixture on a cloth. Dab the carrot stain and rinse well.

7. Oxygenated water

Hydrogen peroxide is also effective in removing stains from carrots. Then rinse.

8. Do not use hot water before cleaning

Do not wash your garment stained with carrots in boiling water before attempting to clean the stain first, specifically.

9. Methylated spirits against carrot stains

A cloth lightly moistened with methylated spirits can remove the carrot stains.

10. 90-degree alcohol for the carpet

To remove carrot stains from carpets and rugs, use a little 90-degree alcohol.
