The recovery phase
No need to do weight training and electrostimulation every day because it will not lead you to any results. It will only tone your body and give it better resistance, but nothing more! Know that to grow; muscle needs to recover and regenerate torn fibers during workouts. By repairing these muscle cells, the body will create new, thicker fibers.
