They needed a laundry solution. They were tired of walking to a laundry room or laundrette (Washeteria for my friends in Louisiana). They did the research and showed that a combined washer dryer is what suits your particular needs.
Now that you have this beautiful device, what do you do with it?
To help you learn more about using your washer-dryer combo, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines that you need to follow to help you use your device effectively while focusing on keeping your clothes clean hold.
Choose your charging size.
Most units have a capacity of 13 to 15 pounds, although LG makes a unit with a capacity of 22 pounds. 13 to 15 pounds are about three complete outfits (pants, shirt, socks, and underwear), or about 6 to 8 bath towels. It is essential not to overload the device as it will not make your clothes as clean as possible, and it will be more difficult for the device to dry the clothes.

Next comes the detergent. You must use a low-foaming, highly effective cleanser, something with the cute little HE symbol on it.
The powder works best, but if you prefer a liquid, then grab it. With these units, about two heaped tablespoons are all you need.

Most units will also have a fabric softener room. This is highly recommended as it helps to reduce wrinkles and generally softens your load afterward. There will also be a place to add bleach. As with the detergent, powder bleach will work best, but you can use liquid, just beautiful. But be careful not to overuse!
Water Setup
Once you have connected the unit to disconnect hot and cold water connections, select the setting that is appropriate for your load. If you have only joined the device to a single outlet with a faucet adapter and Y-connector, you should only use cold water. If you want to wash something in hot water, set the machine to warm water, and the appliance will heat the water for you. Even cold water helps the unit to dry the clothes better than hot water (weird, I know, but trust me on this).
Final Tips
Well, load the clothes, put in the detergent, choose your cycle, and you’ve gone and run. Remember: Once the period begins, the door will lock, and you will not be able to open until the entire cycle is complete. You can set these units to only wash, just dry, or both. In general, a full wash and dry cycle take about 3 hours.
